I poured a 30’x70′ foundation for a modular home. The center runner is 7′ wide and the outer runners are 3′ wide. After the home was set, I poured the front porch and walkway, as well as the back walkway.
At the same home, I also installed a 1500gal septic system with an engineered leech field.
